Former Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko accuses chair judge Serhiy Vovk of fulfilling the instructions of the Administration of President.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Y. Lutsenko said this at the beginning of the court session addressing to chair judge S. Vovk.
“Today I am behind bars without any legal grounds. I received a bill of indictment, but neither me nor head of the pre-trial prison received the decree from the last session. It is recorded on a videotape during my meeting with the head of the pre-trial prison. Therefore I am behind bars today without legal grounds and I believe that it, as well as an intention to adjudge me to jail for the term of 8 years, is a part of the plan dictated to you by the Administration of President”.
