Memorandum on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between VRU and National Council of Switzerland is signed

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn and President of the National Council of Switzerland Jean-Rene Germanier signed a  Memorandum on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National Council of Switzerland within a framework of the official visit of V. Lytvyn to Switzerland.

The press service of the VRU disclosed this to UNIAN.

The sides made a decision on giving mutual consultations, support and aid in inter-Parliamentary organizations and international parliamentary organizations.

The side are about to share information about their activity, official documents and print editions of the parliaments.

Heads of two parliaments agreed to promote improvement of interaction of the committees, commissions and exchange of parliamentary delegations.
