Tymoshenko: Kireyev is deliberately violating my right to defense

Judge Rodion Kireyev has rejected the defense request for additional time to review the case file, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"This is a deliberate violation of my right to defense and disruption of the trial," Yulia Tymoshenko said, commenting on the judge’s ruling.

The ex-premier recalled that representative of the state prosecution Liliya Frolova needed almost 4 hours to read the nearly 80-page indictment and believes the court should use this as an example when providing time for the defense to review the case records.
