Lawmaker of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy (the OU-PSD faction) cut partially the fence near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by an angle grinder.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, the lawmaker continues cutting the fence now.
Some lawmakers from the OU-PSD faction are standing near A. Parubiy, in particular, Volodymyr Arjev and Volodymyr Vyazivskyi are present there.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the two-meter fence was established near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine early in October.
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn said that the parliament has nothing to do with establishing of the fence.
