Communist Party leader Petro Symonenko expresses readiness to occupy the post of the Verkhovna Rada Speaker.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this to a press conference today.
Asked whether he may become the Verkhovna Rada chairman, P.Symonenko said: “Yes, I’m able to occupy this sector of work”.
He added that his experience and the period of work in the parliament allow him to say this.
