Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov hopes that the Free Trade Area among the CIS countries will start acting from 2013.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at press conference after sitting of the Council of the CIS heads of governments.
He noted that the creation of the FTA is very important event for CIS member-states.
