After announcement of decision of the Court of Appeal Yuri Lutsenko was returned to the penal colony.
After announcement of the decision of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv, which left the sentence on case concerning organization of illegal shadowing unchanged, ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko was transported under guard to Menska penal colony.
The press service of the People’s Self Defense party disclosed this to UNIAN.
“He was transported to the penal colony immediately after the trial. Definitely, he is already there”, - the press service noted.
As it is known, Y. Lutsenko was in Kyiv Pre-Trial Prison from November 2 during the sitting of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv.
