The High specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of criminal and civil cases has dismissed the cassation appeal on the sentence to former acting Defense Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Ivashchenko.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, panel of judges of the High specialized court announced the correspondent resolution.
“The cassation appeal of Valeriy Ivashchenko should be dismissed. The sentence should be confirmed”, - it is noted in the court decision.
