High specialized court on consideration of civil and criminal cases will announce a decision on cassation appeal on the sentence to ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko at 15.00 pm.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge in the panel of judges of the High specialized court Serhiy Slinko said this after submission of explanations at the court hearing by representatives of the state prosecution.
“The court is going to deliberative room. The decision will be announce in an hour”, - said the judge.
