President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has submitted his annual address in written form to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Leader of the Party of Regions parliamentary faction Oleksandr Yefremov said this in interview to RIA “Novosti”.
“The President has submitted the corresponding address to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and as far as I am informed, it is already in written form in the parliament. I don’t know, whether it was spread among lawmakers, I have not received it yet”, - said O. Yefremov.
