The rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are not blocked, lawmakers in the session hall are gathering for a sitting, which is to start at 10.00 am.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, as of now about 100 lawmakers from different factions stay in the session hall.
