Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak invited Interior Minister of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko to evening sitting of the parliament for getting a report concerning investigation of cruel rape of woman in the Mykolaiv Oblast.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at sitting of the parliament.
