Now Ukraine is ruled by two women from rival camps
President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has signed decree #1251/2007 on appointing Party of Regions` lawmaker Raisa Bohatyryova as the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
According to the President`s press-office, the President signed the decree today, on 24 December.
