President of Lithuania that chairs in the EU now Dalia Grybauskaitė states that the Ukrainian President is not ready to sign EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
She said this before the Eastern Partnership Summit.
“I can said that the Ukrainian people is disappointed with the decision of the Ukrainian government”, - she noted.
