A meeting of Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland will take place at 15.00 pm in the parliament.
The press service of the VR disclosed to UNIAN that the meeting will take place at Hrushevskogo Street,5, the 2nd floor, the 1st entrance.
