As of 10.10 am today’s plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not open.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, opposition keeps on blocking the rostrum and presidium of the parliament.
Representatives of all the factions are in the session hall of the parliament.
