Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea Volodymyr Konstantinov convenes lawmakers for an extraordinary sitting of the Crimean parliament.
A source said this to Journalistic Investigations Center.
According to his words, an agenda is kept in secret and organization of the sitting is taking place with a blatant violation of the regulations.
Mass media representatives are not allowed to the sitting.
