The Russian-Ukrainian conflict goes from a political stage to a military stage through Russia's fault.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said this in the Defense Ministry.
“The conflict goes from a political stage into a military stage through Russia's fault”, - said Yatsenyuk.
He also said that he instructed the Defense Minister to connect with Defense Ministers of the USA, Great Britain and Russia, because these countries are guarantors of integrity of Ukraine on Budapest memorandum.
