President of the USA Barack Obama announces that the USA extends the list of Russian officials, against who the sanctions are imposed.
He said this in a special address on Thursday.
According to his words, the sanctions will be also applied to banks, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
Obama said that he signed a decree that allows the USA to impose sanctions against key sectors of the Russian economy.
