OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier will arrive in Kyiv on Wednesday, on April 30.
Acting Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Andriy Deshchytsia wrote this on Twitter.
“A schedule of OSCE Secretary General changes dynamically. He will be in Kyiv tomorrow”, - noted Deshchytsia.
