There has not been a decision yet on introducing of a martial law in the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy said this during the press conference today.
“No. There has not been such decision yet”, - said Parubiy.
