Ukrainian delegates say it is premature to speak about the results of the discussion of this plan.
Members of the political subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) have taken the Action Plan for Donbas, proposed by the Ukrainian side, as a basis.
The Ukrainian delegation to the TCG reported this on Facebook.

"At a meeting of the political subgroup, the main news was the discussion of Ukraine's Action Plan. Our delegation was surprised by a statement made by the Russian side that the Ukrainian delegation had allegedly promised the approval of the plan by the Ukrainian parliament," it said.
However, after the representatives of the Russian Federation were informed that there are "democracy and parliamentary sovereignty in Ukraine, and the [Ukrainian] delegation could only issue recommendations and does not guarantee certain legislative initiatives, the conversation quickly returned to a constructive course."
"It is too early to speak about the results, but at least we can say that Ukraine's Plan has been taken as a basis," it said.
