Fighting in the Donbas has left 170,000 of its residents without shelter, water, gas and electricity, National Security and Defence Council Information and Analytical Centre spokesman Andriy Lysenko said a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
"According to the latest data, 4,284 facilities have been repaired at a cost of over UAH 31 million since August of the current year," Lysenko said.
He said Donetsk Regional Administration was carrying out constant checks on facilities that have been destroyed or damaged as a result of the conflict in the region.
