Three OSCE international observers accompanied by Ukrainian troops have come under attack with guns and grenades northeast of Donetsk.
Recently, OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier said that to implement its mandate of helping to secure peace in the region, the body needs to operate under the conditions foreseen by the Minsk peace deal.
