The leader of the militants in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Oleksandr Zakharchenko has stated that companies previously owned by Ukrainian state have been already "de facto nationalized."
Zakharchenko made the announcement in an interview with Donetsk news agency, Russian news agency RIA Novosti reports.
According to the leader of the militants in Donetsk, in cases where state ownership was partial, the republic will “act as a business partner.”
