The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine has confirmed that the Grad rockets that hit Debaltseve on January 19 were probably launched from militant-occupied territory.
The report came after the experts analyzed craters in the ground created by projectiles, Ukraine Today reports.
The town residents are distressed, as the shells hit the area near the local school, kindergarten and park, and attacks are continuing.
