Three men accused of setting off a bomb in Kharkiv on February 22, killing four pro-Ukrainian activists and wounding another nine at a rally in the city center, appeared in court on Wednesday, with their lawyer requesting a closed hearing due to security concerns.
Kharkiv prosecutor’s office rejected the lawyer’s claim that his defendants’ rights had been violated by law enforcement officials, Ukraine Today reports.
