Russia-backed militants crashed an armored vehicle into a local café in Luhansk on Thursday, killing three civilians and seriously injuring another three, as well as causing substantial damage to the building.
Eyewitnesses claim that the vehicle was traveling at high speed before the fatal accident, Ukraine Today reports.
