Denys Polishchuk, who was arrested in connection with the murder of pro-Russian journalist Oles Buzyna, has been released from Kyiv detention center, MP from the Radical Party Andriy Lozoviy told an UNIAN correspondent on Tuesday.
Leaving the detention center, Polishchuk was met by 50 people - community activists, relatives and several MPs.
According to Lozoviy, Polischuk was released on bail of more than UAH 5 million.
"Bail of more than UAH 5 million was stood for Polishchuk by unknown persons. Thanks to this, Denis Polishchuk will be released today. This was kept the closest secret so that there were no obstacles to his release," Lozoviy said.
