Local residents in the militant-occupied town of Vuhlehirsk in Donetsk region are planning to stage a protest on July 7 against a difficult humanitarian situation and inactivity of the occupying authorities, according to local news website Novosti Donbasa at novosti.dn.ua.
They plan to block the Donetsk-Luhansk highway by stacking car tires.
According to the website, representatives of the "authorities" plan to prevent this rally.
