Russia classifies Dzhemilev's case against FSB – lawyer

On April 14, Moscow Meshchansky Court held a hearing on the complaint of the leader of the Crimean Tatar people, Ukrainian MP Mustafa Dzhemilev to the FSB Federal Security Service with respect to the ban of entry into the occupied territory of Crimea, Russian lawyer Mark Feygin wrote on Twitter.

According to the lawyer, the case was transferred to Moscow City Court under the pretext of containing state secrets.

"There was a court hearing on the complaint of Dzhemilev to the FSB. It was transferred to Moscow City Court due to state secrets. Well, at least we will see the document on entry ban," Feygin tweeted.

Prior to that, Dzhemilev filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federal Migration Service on his entry ban to Crimea.
