Libya`s Moamer Kadhafi met with Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko in his traditional Bedouin tent Wednesday during a visit in Kyiv expected to focus on energy and military cooperation.
Another "special feature" of the high guest is that he was guarded only by women.
