Fines have soared by ten times
Since November 17, fines for road laws violation have soared by ten times. As of today, the minimal fine makes 51 hryvnias [~$8.5], the maximal – 3400 hryvnias [~$567].
Pedestrians will not be left aside of this move. They will have to bear responsibility for bad behavior at the road as well. However, the fines for pedestrians are less than that for dirvers.
