Russia has not given Ukrainian monitors access to gas-pumping stations on Russian territory to monitor whether gas from Gazprom is flowing to Europe, Ukrainian state energy company Naftogaz said on Friday, Reuters reported.
"The Russians are not allowing the Ukrainian representatives at Russian pumping stations to monitor the situation," Volodymyr Trikolich, deputy head of Naftogaz, said.
