In the year 2008
45 thousand 873 people became citizens of Ukraine with decisions of the President of Ukraine, internal affairs bodies, diplomatic offices, and consulate institutions.
According to the President`s press-office, 5456 people ceased their Ukrainian citizenship in the year 2008.
