The mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has delivered 17 tonnes of building materials to residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.
According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, a truck of the ICRC Mission drove through the Novotroyitske entry and exit checkpoint toward the uncontrolled areas.
