96% from the planned areas already sowed
As of April 13, 2009, Ukraine almost completed the sowing campaign of early spring grains and legumes and sowed the crops throughout nearly 4.4 mln ha or 96% from the planned areas, declared Yuri Melnik, the Minister of Agrarian Policy, on April 13, according to APK-Inform.
