The decree is to be signed on Thursday
At his joint press conference with President of Finland Tarja Halonen President Yushchenko informed that on Thursday he would sign a Presidential Decree on switching Odesa-Brody oil transport pipeline in forward mode, according to the President`s press-office.
He said that the document would foresee establishment of a working group from representatives of relevant ministries.
Victor Yushchenko also reminded that feasibility study for the Euro-Asian Oil Transport Corridor project on the basis of Odesa-Brody pipeline had been already approved and appropriate Ukrainian-Polish intergovernmental agreement had been signed, therefore all formal decisions oblige the sides to move forward.
