The European Union sent a signal
The European Union sent a signal on Thursday it would not commit money to help settle a fresh gas dispute looming between Russia and Ukraine, saying the row required a commercial solution, Reuters reported.
"Ukraine`s gas dispute is a commercial issue and requires a commercial solution," said EU`s trade commissioner Catherine Ashton.
