The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not support in the first reading Law of Ukraine “On introducing amendments in some legislation acts of Ukraine concerning giving the penalty points for violations in the security sphere of road traffic”.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, 19 lawmakers out of 427 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted “for” this decision.
The parliament also did not support a proposition to send this draft law for the repeated first reading, that is why it considered to be declined.
