Grygoriy Maiboroda’s opera, Yaroslav the Wise
Accompanied by the First Lady, Victor Yushchenko has attended a premiere of Grygoriy Maiboroda’s opera, Yaroslav the Wise, at Kyiv’s Opera and Ballet Theatre, according to the President`s press-office.
Its libretto is based on Ivan Kocherga’s dramatic poem.
Culture Minister Yuriy Bohutsky was present at the premiere.
