More than 30 million hryvnias necessary to remunerate losses, caused by hurricane

Not less than 31 million hryvnias are necessary to remunerate the losses, caused by the hurricane in the Volynska Oblast.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, this is said in the report of the Volynska Oblast State Administration press-service.

The total register of losses must be submitted to the today’s session of government. The final amount of remunerations to those suffered will be considered at the government’s session on 1 August.

According to preliminary information, 7 houses in the Turiysky and 3 – in the Rozhyshchenskiy districts of the Oblast were totally ruined and cannot be restored. Other houses can be repaired. 8.6 million hryvnias were already channeled to the suffered region.

As UNIAN reported earlier, as a result of the hurricane, which hit the Volynska Oblast on July 22-23, 210 settlements were cut off, hundreds of houses and administrative buildings were ruined.
