Volodymyr Homenko became chairman of Chernihiv OSA
President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko signed an order on appointing Volodymyr Homenko to the position of the chairman of Chernihiv Oblast State Administration.
According to the press service of the President, the order was signed on October 12.
