"Since Monday, four new regions may cease to be 'green' ... We are talking about Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Chernihiv, and Kharkiv regions, where for five days in a row at least one of the indicators set by government has been on the rise – the new cases rate or growth dynamics," Mylovanov wrote.
