The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has wound up negotiations with the American giant GE Transportation. By the end of the year, an agreement will be signed on a strategic partnership for the implementation of the 7-year rolling stock renewal program for PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia, according to the Government press service.
Ukrainian state-run railways operator JSC Ukrzaliznytsia is negotiating with U.S.-based General Electric Transportation, a division of General Electric Corporation, for the large-unit assembly of locomotives at the capacities of PJSC Kryukov Railway Car Building Works (KRCBW), according to Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Planning at Ukrzaliznytsia, Oleksandr Malakov.
