National joint-stock company (NJSC) Naftogaz of Ukraine has approved the appointment of Polish national Pawel Jozef Stanczak – Technical Director, Member of the Board in PGNiG Technologie S.A. – as president of Ukraine's state-run gas transport system operator Ukrtransgaz, according to the operator's announcement in the National Securities and Stock Market Commission's information disclosure system.
The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO) on August 4 started an investigation against officials of the national oil and gas holding Naftogaz of Ukraine, according to the Ekonomichna Pravda online newspaper, referring to its source in the PGO.
The Supervisory Board of the national oil and gas holding Naftogaz of Ukraine has unanimously approved the appointment of Polish national Paweł Józef Stanczak – Technical Director, Member of the Board in PGNiG Technologie S.A. – as president of Ukraine's state-run gas transport system operator Ukrtransgaz, according to Naftogaz press service.
The candidacy of Pawel Stanczak, a citizen of Poland and a top manager from Polish PGNiG, is being considered for president of PJSC Ukrtransgaz, the operator of the Ukrainian gas transit system, according to the economic news portal Ekonomichna Pravda.
