The situation was calm in the Donbas conflict zone overnight, which enabled the Ukrainian military to complete preparation for the withdrawal of military equipment, the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) wrote on Facebook on Monday.
"Abiding by the Minsk agreements, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are completing preparation of weapons, which are to be withdrawn from the demarcation line at a distance of at least 15 km," the report says.
The second phase will start tomorrow, and the pullback of weapons should be carried out simultaneously by both parties, the press center said.
"We should wait until our enemy gets ready for the same actions," the press center added.
