Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko has issued a decree, forbidding the Ukrainian military to open fire [in ATO zone] starting midnight on November 25, Ukrainian team leader at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) of the Ceasefire and Stabilization of Parties' Demarcation Line, Major-General Borys Kremenetskiy said at a briefing on Wednesday.
Kremenetskiy said the militants of the illegal armed groups continued violating the ceasefire. They fire small arms, heavy machine guns and grenade launchers on our troops, trying to provoke them to open fire in response and violate the Minsk agreements.

The Ukrainian officials from the JCCC informed on the motion the OSCE Special Monitoring Misson and the Russian side to the JCCC.
