The militants have deployed main battle tanks and Grad multiple rocket launchers in the city of Luhansk and the towns of Krasniy Luch and Horlivka, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
"The Ukrainian side has informed representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission about the presence of tanks and 122mm Grad multiple rocket launchers in Luhansk, Horlivka and Krasniy Luch," the report says.
