Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed and two others were wounded in fighting in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, according to Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman for Anti-Terrorist Operation issues Andriy Lysenko.
"Two were killed in action (KIA) and two were wounded in action (WIA)," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Saturday, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
As UNIAN reported earlier, combined Russian-separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in eastern Ukraine 36 times in the past 24 hours, mostly in the Mariupol sector.
